   Depends on the kind of impression one is looking for.

   Moock is probably on the top of the list, but it’s from a more, erhn, academic point of view. Work wise, I have to agree with Hugo: Yugo Nakamura is pretty much a genius to me.

   Keith Peters, André Michelle, and Mario Klingemann also share a wide piece of the pie.

   And where would us all be without Robert Penner?

   The list goes on.

   In the end there’s so many guys, with so many different backgrounds and impact on the community, that it’s hard to have a neutral stance when judging. There’s no single criteria.

   The guys that inspired me back when I got started where Samuel Wan and Branden Hall.

   Now a days I’d say Jared Tarbell, Keith Peters, Mario Klingemann, Andre Michelle, Carlos Ulloa, Marcos Weskamp… so many to list.
