Restart
Hello,
It has been a long time since my last post here at Beedigital. I have decided to take a break on posting here, many factors lead to make me take that decision, however I’m here to announce that this site will have updated posts almost everyday has it use to be some months ago.
Many thinks have change since the last time I visited this page (Add New Post), there’s many to talk about.
Stay tunned.
Last Days on Vacations
This last 2 weeks I’ve been on vacations at Albufeira-Allgarve, time to get to the beach with son and family, time to relax and time to prepare next working year.
Posting (regular) should came back at the beginning of the next week, I’m enjoying the last days of sun and rest.
In this last days I have set up 100% my Twitter account. You are invited to follow me @beedigital.
Webpage Snapshot with Aviary
Lifehacker shared an absolutely cool tip for Aviary. Imagine, you want to take a snapshot of a entire website that could be somewhat painful cause the page is too long. Using aviary that process is much simple and fast.
Just type in your browser http://aviary.com/ followed by the link you want to take the snapshot.
For example, to take a snapshot of Beedigital entire page you would type: http://aviary.com/www.beedigital.net/blog
Wait a few moments and you will get:

The process doesn’t take too long and the image will be automatically opened in Falcon.
Give it a try!
Back from (small) holidays
Last week lack of posts is due to a trip I have done with two friends in Mountain Bike for 7 days. We made 500miles+/- and visit the 7 nominated historical villages from Portugal.
Here’s a small video:

Beedigital Forum
Hello folks.
Today is the first day of Beedigital Forum. This board is available to everyone who need to take doubts, share tips and more with the community. The idea was to create something simple and fast relying more on the information instead of the design. I wanted something simple!
I declare the boards open however I must communicate that I will perform some small changes on it. I will have a search box and will search more functionalities that I think may be useful for all.
I know how boards might be a pain to survive, so I ask everyone to lease populate those boards with useful messages and questions.
Have Fun!

Beedigital is now 4 years old!

At the 6th February 2005 Beedigital was born with my very first post related to Web Design Resources. I show you www.bluevertigo.com.ar , a website with lots of quality resources for web design.
Four years later more 2150 posts were written and 1.000.000 visitors came to this Blog.
I would like to thank you all for coming by, keep visiting, Beedigital is live and growing.
I take this chance to ask you to subscribe to my feed using the URL http://feeds2.feedburner.com/beedigital/vJIB or by clicking the feed buttons at the right, if you want.
I will remember everyone that you can contribute to this blog with your own posts, just visit http://www.beedigital.net/blog/2009/01/would-you-like-to-contribute-and-write-here-at-beedigital to see the details and how to apply.
Many thanks,
Mário
Your ping was successful! Thanks for using Adobe Feeds. Yeah Sure….
It has been a long time since Beedigital was shut down from Adobe XML News Aggregator, I never knew why or how, I emailed everyone, submitted unlimited times the blog and no luck or answers. At this moment I was (am) perfectly conscious that Beedigital for some reason would never be available again at that place. It’s OK I can leave with that, really!
One hour ago while visiting the aggregator in a unconscious attempt to Ping my feed I got the message “Your ping was successful! Thanks for using Adobe Feeds.” , it used to be “Sorry, MXNA is not aggregating bla bla bla…anymore”.
My question is: What does this mean? I’m not event at the list of Weblogs!
When I was shut down I told to myself that I would never take that or share that problem here at the blog, however I felt it was very unfair to shut down a Blog that month after month added 1 or 2 sometimes even more posts at the top 10 of the MXNA stats.
I ask: Is it important for the community a place that they find useful somehow no matter the bad English or the outgoing links or the opinion of one or two user’s among millions?
Contribute and write your own posts here at Beedigital!
For 2009 I will have some new features here at Beedigital starting by allowing everyone who wants to contribute here
by writing posts.
Of course all posts should be related to Flash, Flex, AIR or other related technologies. You will be able to create posts with tutorials, solutions, help requests or whatever you feel could be useful for the community.
All posts will be review by me before going live. To get access to this offer you will need to ask for your user name and password to info@beedigital.net, please do not forget to send your name, email and url if you have one.
At the moment Beedigital gets a lot of traffic and this could mean benefits for you and all our readers.
After receiving the email I will mail you back your username and password (can be changed by you after first login).
Next,
